Neil Sawford – Consultant
“The great thing about this job is the people. I’ve been part of Sawford Bullard for over thirty years and it’s a privilege to share the journey with our clients and staff. We know that people are at the heart of any organisation and our aim is to understand their hopes and dreams, help them to achieve their goals and provide support in times of trouble. My advice to any professional is to be a good listener; it’s often the things that people don’t say that are the most significant. Outside of work? Well, it’s the same theme, my family come first, second and third.”
Robert de Boer – Business services
